Founder + Chief Experience Officer of Modern Tribez Marketing Solutions. One day as I was commuting home late from work, I reflected on my day in the office. I LOVED my job as a Program Director for a non-profit that focused on helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness. I thought about how I impacted their lives with the events and services that I implemented. I thought about the feedback that the people we served shared and how most of our time together was spent laughing, sharing stories, tips, and even recipes, during one of the most difficult times in their lives. I realized that we’d created community. And that community was a powerful force. We’d turned defeat into triumph.
During that drive home, I envisioned a business where I got to do just that. I’d create intentional, purposeful, and authentic gatherings …and I’d call it Modern Tribez.
Bringing 28 years of IT infrastructure experience to the technical side of on-sight event marketing and overseeing the digital marketing projects that help our clients stand apart.
Working in corporate sales since 2015, progressively. Having oversight in internet management from companies like Mac Haik and Gray Daniels, and the tech space through Charter.
My role allows me to ensure that the logistics of our work marry well with the hospitality side inherent to our business. I get to work directly with our clients to support their business goals.

Modern Tribez began as a consulting agency, primarily working with Texas school districts to design gatherings for parent + student engagement.
As funding became more readily available, school districts began hiring full-time Parent Engagement Specialist to fill the gap and opportunities became increasingly difficult to come by.
Events provided a vehicle to increase visibility and engagement for small businesses during the pandemic. As a part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, we hosted the inaugral Central Texas Black Business Expo.
After working with tens of small businesses, community organizations, and non-profits, we began to expand our reach into corporate, landing our first contract for a leading architectual media corporation head-quartered out of New York.
We designed and executed our first 2 million dollar revenue event for our largest client account, with a successful ticket, sponsorship, and products + services sales package.
We continue to take on projects both big and small creating unique experiences and modern marketing solutions that evoke brand loyalty, visibility, and a noticeable ROI.
